DMER Recruitment Age Limit 2025:
you must be at least 18 years old, which means you are considered an adult and can handle the job's responsibilities. The oldest you can be to apply is 38 years if you are in the general category. DMER Recruitment 2025: Selection Process:-
The DMER Recruitment 2025 Selection Process is designed to ensure a fair assessment of candidates through a Written Test, followed by an Interview (if necessary), and concluding with Document Verification. Each phase is essential in identifying the most suitable candidates for various positions.
Written Test :-
The written examination will take place online and is anticipated to be overseen by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). It will feature objective-type questions related to the subjects pertinent to the applied position, including Technical Knowledge, General Awareness, and Reasoning. Candidates need to achieve a score above the cutoff to advance to the next phase.
Interview :-
For specific positions, an Interview will be held after the CBT. This phase aims to evaluate a candidate’s subject expertise, communication abilities, decision-making skills, and overall fit for the role. The scores from the interview will be combined with the CBT score for the final merit assessment.
Document Verification:-
Candidates who successfully pass all the previous stages will be called for document verification. In this phase, original documents such as academic certificates, caste/category certificates, identity proof, and experience (if applicable) must be presented. The final appointment will be confirmed only after the successful validation of documents.
