How to Apply?
Eligible candidates who fulfill the required criteria can send a filled prescribed application form along with self-attested supporting documents to the address: The District Judge, Balangir, At – Civil Courts, Purunagarh, Balangir (Patnagarh Road), PO/District – Balangir, Odisha – 767001 on or before 18/06/2025 (05:00 PM) by Speed post/Registered post. The candidates may also drop their application form on the “Appication Drop Box” kept inside the Civil Court Campus, Balangir.
Note – The application should be superscribed the name of the post in Bold Letter on the top of the envelope.

The following documents need to be submitted with the application form:
- Self-attested copy of HSC Board or equivalent certificates and mark sheets showing proof of age.
- Self-attested copy of certificates showing passing of +2 or equivalent examination and mark sheet.
- Self-attested copy of certificates showing passing of +3 or equivalent examination and mark sheet.
- Self-attested copy of certificates showing passing Diploma in Computer Application isuued by a recognized Institute.
- Self-attested copy of certificates showing successful completion of Stenography course from a recognized Institute (only for Stenographer Grade-III post) having minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand & 40 words per minute in typewriting in English.
- Self-attested copy of certificates showing successful completion of English Type Writing course from a recognized Institute (only for Junior Typist post) having minimum speed of 40 words per minute in typewriting in English.
- Self attested copy of Medical certificate showing the percentage of physical disability issued by the appropriate authority duly attested by a Gazetted Officer with signature of the candidates thereon in respect of physically/orthopedically handicapped candidate only.
- Self-attested copy of caste certificate issued by the competent authority in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/SEBC Categories.
- Self attested copy of Employment Exchange Registration certificate.
- 02 original character certificates issued by two different Gazatted Officers/Medical Practitioner/Sarpanch etc. (Mentioning the name and designation of officers).
- 03 self-addressed envelops with postage stamp.
- Self-attested copy of Odia pass certificate (In case candidate does not pass Odia subject in course of study).
- Self-attested photocopy of “Conversion Certificate” for the candidates who are awarded with Grade marks instead of percentage of marks.
- The candidates who got married have to submit a self declaration certificate that he/she has not more than one spouse living.
- An undertaking regarding no criminal antecedent.
- Self attested ID card/document in case of sportsmen/Ex-Servicemen.
- 03 recent self-attested color passport-size photographs, 01 is to be affixed to the application form.
